A leading IT consulting firm seeks a Tier 3 Unified Communications/Audio Visual Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will provide expert engineering and support for enterprise UC and AVMM systems, troubleshooting complex issues and leading implementations. Candidates must have strong expertise in UC technologies and hold a TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph. The role offers a salary between $180,000 and $200,000 per year and is full-time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in UC/AVMM engineering for Bachelor's degree holders.
• 10+ years experience for Associate degree holders.
• 15+ years experience for High School diploma holders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest escalation point for troubleshooting UC/AVMM systems.
• Lead root-cause analysis for complex integration issues.
• Provide documentation for system designs and changes.
• Support site surveys and enterprise deployments in CONUS and OCONUS.
