Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UAT Lead to join a large-scale banking transformation program. You will own end-to-end coordination of User Acceptance Testing across multiple workstreams, serving as the primary bridge between business users and delivery teams to enable on-time go-lives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading UAT on banking or financial services transformation program.
• Strong understanding of retail banking or operations domain — e.g. onboarding, KYC, account management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence business stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience coordinating structured test cycles with formal entry/exit criteria and sign-off governance.
• Proficiency in test management tools — JIRA, X-Ray, or equivalent.
• Manager-level experience — able to operate independently and lead a small team or workstream.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UAT planning, scheduling, and execution across program workstreams
• Facilitate UAT sessions with business users — translating requirements into test scenarios
• Act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders during UAT phases
• Coordinate with the Test Manager to align UAT with overall test strategy and governance
• Work with initiative and functional leads to confirm scope, readiness, and sign-off conditions
• Manage defect triage during UAT — prioritizing, tracking, and driving resolution with delivery
• Produce UAT status reporting, defect dashboards, and formal sign-off documentation
• Identify and escape risks and blockers to UAT progress
• Support post-UAT retrospectives and contribute to testing practice improvements
