Job summary

Insight Global in the United States Midwest seeks an experienced UAT Lead to own end-to-end UAT strategy for a large finance transformation spanning multiple releases and data platforms. You will orchestrate testing across Finance, Technology, Analytics, Risk, and Treasury, challenging results and guiding business sign-off.

Candidates should have 10+ years leading UAT in finance or regulatory reporting, deep knowledge of general ledger, profitability, and reconciliations, and proven ability to

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading UAT for large finance transformations.
• Experience coordinating Finance SMEs, product owners, technology, QA, and partners.
• Ability to assess readiness and provide sign-off recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UAT strategy, governance, scope, and entry/exit criteria.
• Coordinate testing across Finance, Technology, Analytics, Risk, Treasury, Controls, upstream/downstream teams.
• Ensure end-to-end data flows, processes, integrations, and reporting coverage.
• Identify dependencies, environment constraints, data-readiness issues, testing risks, and coverage gaps.
• Lead defect triage and escalation; distinguish defects from data/design/environment issues.
• Direct UAT leads and execution teams with consistent testing, evidence, and traceability.
• Provide consolidated status, risk, defect, and readiness reporting to governance bodies.
• Drive business decisions, residual risk acceptance, sign-off, and deployment readiness.
