The UAT Lead will own the end-to-end UAT strategy, governance, and business readiness for a large, complex Finance transformation spanning multiple releases, source systems, data platforms, downstream applications, and reporting consumers. This is a UAT leadership position focused on independently orchestrating testing, challenging results, resolving cross-functional issues, and providing a clear assessment of readiness for business sign-off and deployment.
Responsibilities include:
- Own the integrated UAT strategy, scope, operating model, plan, governance, and entry/exit criteria.
- Coordinate testing across Finance, Technology, Analytics, Risk, Treasury, Controllers, upstream providers, and downstream consumers.
- Ensure end-to-end coverage of data flows, business processes, integrations, reporting, reconciliations, and downstream impacts.
- Identify cross-release dependencies, environment constraints, data-readiness issues, testing risks, and coverage gaps.
- Lead defect triage and escalation while distinguishing defects from data, design, requirements, environment, and business-process issues.
- Direct release-level UAT leads and execution teams while maintaining consistent testing, evidence, traceability, and reporting standards.
- Provide consolidated status, risk, defect, and readiness reporting to program governance and senior Finance stakeholders.
- Drive business decisions, residual-risk acceptance, formal sign-off, and deployment-readiness recommendations.
