Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior UAS Flight Test Engineer to plan, execute and report developmental and operational flight Test & Evaluation activities. You will work with a team of engineers and test specialists across the US, UK, and Europe under civil and military approvals.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 8+ years in UAS testing, and willingness to travel >75%. FAA Part 107 and Top Secret clearance eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UAS integration, testing, and project management.
• Willingness to travel >75% to US and overseas; familiar with US and international aviation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report developmental and operational flight Test & Evaluation activities.
• Work with engineers and test specialists across US, UK and Europe under civil and military approvals.
• Develop and execute focused test plans for internal and customer trials.
• Develop baseline safety plans to mitigate risks during testing.
• Communicate effectively within the team and across the organization.
• Lead coordination of test activities and report progress to leadership.
