Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, robotics or related field
• 3+ years in flight testing with autonomous or remotely piloted systems
• Experience developing and executing test plans for complex systems
• Understanding of mission autonomy and unmanned systems integration
• Strong data interpretation and actionable improvement recommendations
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and clear communication

Responsibilities

• Advance testing methodologies for mission autonomy systems
• Design and implement test plans for autonomous systems in simulated profiles
• Analyze test data to validate performance and identify improvements
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and product teams to define test requirements
• Lead end-to-end test management from requirements to reports
• Execute simulations replicating real-world scenarios to accelerate testing
• Coordinate with private and government test ranges for testing
