Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Leader, U.S. Trade Compliance Program to support the Country Trade Compliance Officer in governing and executing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program.

The role offers a remote work model and leadership across the U.S. trade compliance function to ensure adherence to import, export, sanctions, and customs regulations. You will collaborate with LTCOs and business functions, provide strategic guidance on complex transactions, and drive program excellence, governance, and risk

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain and/or trade management preferred with 10+ years of experience.
• Hold Customs Broker License (strongly preferred).
• Certified Import and/or Export Specialist (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Support the CTCO in developing, implementing, and executing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with U.S. import, export, sanctions, and other trade regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Country’s trade compliance processes.
• Serve as a senior advisor to Local Trade Compliance Officers on regulatory requirements.
