Qualifications

• Ability to manage fiduciary responsibilities, governance, and decentralized operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on fiduciary duties, governance, regulatory filings, and contractor licensing.
• Advise US Country Holding Officer and senior management on governance, compliance, risk, and M&A matters.
• Oversee integrity investigations, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory certifications; align with internal audits.
• Counsel on contracts, commercial agreements, and cross-entity matters; supervise paralegals and collaborate with global teams.
