Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in corporate/commercial law in multinational environments or top-tier firms.
• Experience in fiduciary duties, governance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead fiduciary oversight, governance, and regulatory filings for U.S. entities.
• Advise the U.S. Country Holding Officer and leadership on governance, risk, and strategic legal matters.
• Oversee integrity investigations, government contracting compliance, data privacy, and cyber/regulatory certifications.
• Provide cross-functional legal support on contracts and shared entity matters; supervise paralegal staff.
