Job summary

jobr.pro seeks a TV and Satellite Engineering Manager to support video content delivery for Leading The Way. Responsibilities include maintaining production software, troubleshooting issues for remote and on-site staff, and coordinating upgrades with minimal disruption.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, have over 5 years of AV/IT experience, and a strong familiarity with various editing software. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AV/IT/TV Production related settings.
• Familiarity with digital and LTO tape storage solutions.
• Understanding of information system networking as it applies to A/V infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain functionality of software and services related to production.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for TV operations.
• Coordinate systemwide upgrades with minimal interference.
