Job summary

FrankCrum Staffing is seeking a Broadcast Engineer to support the technical systems powering live television operations. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining broadcast gear, and ensuring reliable on-air performance.

You will repair equipment, assist newsroom and production teams with hardware and software issues, and perform system upgrades, documentation, and preventive maintenance. Weekend and on-call hours may be required to keep critical broadcasts running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of broadcast engineering or related technical experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, servers, networking, and broadcast equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call support.
