The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, capable of independent troubleshooting, and will ensure high-precision tolerances across varying materials and run lengths.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background with precision setup
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Read and interpret drawings and tolerances
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies

Responsibilities

• Set up Amada turret press per work orders and drawings
• Load tooling, material, and CNC programs accurately
• Run production, monitor feed, punches, and part quality
• Perform in-process inspections and maintain measurement records
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and accurate production documentation
