Steel Ceilings is seeking an experienced Amada turret press operator to safely set up, run, and monitor turret punch press equipment. You will perform in-process inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-precision tolerances across various orders.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, independent problem-solving, and the ability to own the process on shift, ensuring safety and quality in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CNC turret presses required; Amada equipment preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, drawings, and basic mechanical prints.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and precision.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain Amada turret press equipment.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust parameters to maintain quality.
