Gresham Smith is seeking a Senior TSM&O Project Manager to oversee and guide transportation management programs. You will coordinate TIM initiatives, lead cross‑functional teams, and ensure contractual commitments are met while reporting progress to clients.

The role requires extensive project management experience, strong technical writing, and proficiency with MS Office. Collaboration with state and local traffic teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 15 years of relevant experience or 20 years in law enforcement, incident management, fire services, and/or emergency response.
• Contract and staff management experience.
• Proven project management expertise.
• Advanced technical writing skills for comprehensive reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in managing client transportation management programs.
• Lead statewide TIM initiatives including first responder training and coordination between clients and stakeholders.
• Support TIM strategic and training plans; ensure contracts and performance metrics are met.
• Direct project teams and monitor reports, schedules, and actions communicated to teams and clients.
• Analyze data and performance metrics; prepare reports and recommend program enhancements.
