Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, Marketing, Communications, Business, Sociology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading portfolios of multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven success managing financial performance, budgets, staffing, and profitability across multiple projects.
• Experience mentoring and developing Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading major proposal efforts and business development initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolios of TDM and mobility consulting projects from initiation through closeout.
• Provide strategic oversight of scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Guide project managers in resolving complex challenges and delivery risks.
• Ensure delivery aligns with quality standards and practice methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery and client value.
• Serve as executive relationship manager for strategic client accounts and initiatives.
• Lead major proposals, interviews, and RFx responses.
• Develop scopes, staffing plans, pricing, and fee estimates.
• Foster staff development, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across offices.
