Job summary

Culmen International LLC seeks an experienced TSA Screening Partnership Program (SPP) Task Order Project Manager to act as senior representative for airport operations, coordinating with TSA FSD and other stakeholders.

You will oversee screening operations, workforce planning, training, and contract compliance, ensuring security, throughput, and adherence to directives; willingness to work onsite and manage seasonal surges.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive management experience in aviation security or comparable regulated security operations.
• Experience leading large, shift-based operational teams.
• Experience with TSA, DHS, or other federal agencies.
• Strong scheduling, performance management, and compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in mission-critical ops.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship or national; ability to satisfy TSA requirements.
• On-site work at CONUS airport; willingness to work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution of TSA passenger and checked-baggage screening operations at an assigned airport.
• Serve as Culmen’s primary interface with the TSA FSD, COR, airport stakeholders, and Culmen leadership.
• Lead screening operations, workforce scheduling, staffing, training, quality control, and contract compliance.
• Ensure screening operations comply with TSA SOPs, Security Directives, Management Directives, and performance standards.
• Manage operational performance metrics, identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain staffing coverage during seasonal demand, irregular operations, and surge periods.
• Promote a culture of security effectiveness, accountability, and professional customer service.
• Lead operational risk identification and mitigation and support TSA reviews.
• Oversee subordinate operational and training leadership with clear accountability.
