Job summary

Culmen International, LLC is building a talent pipeline of experienced TSA Screening Partnership Program (SPP) Task Order Project Managers to support passenger and baggage screening operations at commercial airports nationwide.

The Project Manager will be Culmen's senior representative at an assigned airport, coordinating with TSA staff and airport leaders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient screening operations.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive management experience in aviation security or regulated security operations.
• Experience managing large, shift-based operational workforces.
• Experience working with TSA, DHS, or other federal agencies.
• Strong knowledge of workforce scheduling and performance management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a mission-critical environment.
• Excellent leadership and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizen/national and able to satisfy TSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution of TSA passenger and checked-baggage screening operations at an assigned airport.
• Serve as Culmen's primary management interface with TSA FSD and stakeholders.
• Oversee staffing, training, quality control, performance management, and contract compliance.
• Ensure compliance with TSA SOPs, directives, and contractual requirements.
• Identify trends, perform risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain staffing coverage during seasonal demand and irregular operations.
• Promote security culture and professional customer service.
• Support TSA performance reviews and senior leadership oversight.
