Job summary

Culmen International is seeking a TSA SPP Task Order Project Manager to lead passenger and baggage screening operations at designated CONUS airports. You will coordinate with TSA FSD and other stakeholders, manage staffing, training, and performance, and ensure full compliance with directives and performance standards.

Ideal candidates will have senior experience in aviation security, a strong background in workforce management, and the ability to operate across multiple airports with flexible

Qualifications

• Progressive management experience in aviation security or airport operations.
• Experience managing large, shift-based operational workforces.
• Experience with TSA, DHS or other federal agencies in a regulated aviation environment.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, performance management, quality control and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in mission-critical environments.
• Leadership and strong written communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• US citizenship or US national status and ability to meet background requirements.
• Ability to work onsite at CONUS airports and support irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of TSA passenger and checked-baggage screening operations at an assigned airport.
• Serve as Culmen's primary management interface with TSA FSD and stakeholders.
• Oversee screening operations, scheduling, staffing, training, QA, performance management and contract compliance.
• Ensure operations comply with TSA directives, MDs and contractual requirements.
• Manage performance metrics, identify trends and implement improvements.
• Maintain staffing and supervision during seasonal demand and irregular operations.
• Promote security effectiveness, accountability, development, throughput and customer service.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation; support TSA performance reviews.
• Oversee subordinate leadership and ensure clear accountability.
