Job summary

Culmen International, LLC is seeking a TSA SPP Task Order Project Manager to lead airport screening operations at a CONUS airport on a full-time basis. The role requires coordinating with TSA officials, managing staffing, training, and performance to ensure security and throughput goals are met.

The ideal candidate has extensive aviation security or airport-ops management experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record of enforcing regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive management experience in aviation security or airport operations.
• Experience managing large, shift-based operational workforces.
• Experience working with TSA, DHS, or other federal agencies.
• Strong knowledge of workforce scheduling, performance management, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a mission-critical environment.
• Excellent leadership and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution of TSA passenger and checked-baggage screening operations at an assigned airport.
• Serve as Culmen's primary management interface with TSA FSD and stakeholders.
• Oversee screening operations, staffing, training, quality control, and contract compliance.
• Ensure operations comply with TSA SOPs, directives, and performance standards.
• Identify trends in operational performance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain staffing coverage during seasonal demand and surge periods.
• Promote security culture and professional customer service.
• Oversee risk identification and mitigation and support performance reviews.
