Job summary

Culmen International, LLC seeks a TSA SPP Task Order Project Manager to lead airport screening operations at assigned CONUS airports. You will coordinate with TSA FSD staff, ensure contract compliance, staff scheduling, training, and performance improvement across passenger and baggage screening operations.

Qualifications

• Progressive management experience in aviation security or airport operations.
• Experience overseeing large, shift-based operational workforces.
• Familiarity with TSA, DHS or other regulatory environments.
• Strong scheduling, performance management and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in mission-critical settings.
• Excellent leadership and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of TSA passenger and checked-baggage screening at an assigned airport.
• Interface with TSA FSD, COR, stakeholders, and Culmen leadership.
• Oversee screening operations, staffing, training, quality control, and contract compliance.
• Ensure compliance with TSA SOPs, directives, and performance standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain staffing coverage during seasonal demand and irregular operations.
• Foster security culture, accountability, and passenger throughput.
• Lead risk identification and support TSA performance reviews.
