Job summary

Lafayette Group, Inc. (LGI) seeks an experienced TSA Program Manager/Engagement Lead to drive strategic consulting and be the day-to-day client lead for TSA initiatives in the SP&E mission and related areas.

The role requires deep TSA knowledge, executive-level advisory skills, and proven engagement leadership to coordinate teams across strategy, policy, communications, and organizational improvement. Springfield, VA hybrid work model is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, advisory, program leadership, or government capacity.
• Substantial experience supporting or working within TSA and understanding its mission and stakeholder landscape.
• Ability to build credibility with senior federal executives and drive multi-stream programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day engagement lead and trusted advisor to senior TSA clients.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering strategic planning, policy, stakeholder engagement, and execution support.
• Translate evolving priorities into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and governance approaches.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to address complex organizational challenges.
• Plan and facilitate executive strategy sessions and decision forums to build alignment.
