The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, PMP certification, and at least 10 years of federal program management experience, including leadership of major programs and DHS/TSA engagements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• PMP certification is required.
• 10+ years of professional program management experience.
• Proven experience managing federal government programs.
• Knowledge of DHS/TSA or similar agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for the Government for all PM Support Task Order activities.
• Deliver centralized program management oversight across TSA T&D task orders.
• Develop and manage an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor cost, schedule, scope and performance; identify risks and mitigations.
• Prepare status and performance reports (WSR, MFSR, MTSR, PMRs).
• Provide financial oversight and variance analysis.
• Ensure TSA security, privacy, and SSI/PII compliance.
