Job summary

Lafayette Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced TSA Program Manager/Engagement Lead to guide strategic consulting support for the Transportation Security Administration.

You will act as the day-to-day client lead and trusted advisor for a multidisciplinary team, translating complex challenges into actionable initiatives and coordinating across strategy, policy, engagement, and program execution. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with federal clients in consulting, advisory, program leadership or government capacity.
• Significant TSA experience or familiarity with TSA mission, org, and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build credibility with senior federal executives and program leaders.
• Experience leading complex strategy, policy, organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement, or mission-support engagements.
• Track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Ability to translate evolving executive priorities into structured approaches and actionable solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent executive communication, including facilitation of senior discussions and clear materials.
• Bachelor's degree required; security clearance eligibility.
• Ability to work onsite regularly with TSA clients in Springfield, VA / NCR.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day engagement lead and trusted advisor to senior TSA clients.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting team across strategy, policy, engagement, communications, and governance.
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to TSA leadership on complex challenges.
• Plan and facilitate executive strategy sessions, workshops, and decision forums.
• Build and maintain relationships across TSA, DHS, industry, airports, and stakeholders.
• Identify emerging issues and risks requiring leadership attention.
• Coordinate with LGI leadership to ensure integrated client experience.
• Mentor consulting staff and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Support TSA account planning, relationship development and proposals for growth.
