Job summary

SD Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the TSA Real Estate Management Division in Springfield, VA. The role oversees contract execution, staffing, and quality management to enable portfolio management activities, serving as the primary SD Solutions contact with Government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive federal program experience, expert communication, and proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams, with hybrid work arrangements in Springfield, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience managing Federal programs or projects.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with Federal contracts and DHS/TSA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between SD Solutions and the TSA Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP), transition plan, staffing plan, and quality management processes.
• Oversee development of executive briefings, reports, dashboards, communications, and management documentation.
• Coordinate activities across TSA REMD branches and other Government stakeholders.
• Lead contract transition activities, knowledge transfer, and continuity of operations.
