Job summary

Lafayette Group, Inc. (LGI) is seeking an experienced Program Manager/Engagement Lead to steer strategic consulting support to the Transportation Security Administration.

You will be the day-to-day client lead, coordinating a multidisciplinary team and translating evolving priorities into actionable plans for TSA's Strategy, Policy & Engagement mission. As a senior member of LGI's TSA account, you will strengthen relationships with TSA leaders, DHS, and external stakeholders, guiding governance,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, including federal government consulting or program leadership.
• Experience with TSA or similar federal agencies and knowledge of the DHS landscape.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into structured strategies and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day engagement lead and trusted advisor to TSA leadership.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams across strategy, policy, stakeholder engagement and organizational improvement.
• Translate leadership priorities into roadmaps, governance approaches, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations on complex organizational and policy challenges.
• Facilitate executive strategy sessions, workshops and decision-making forums.
• Build relationships across TSA, DHS, airports, industry, and other stakeholders.
• Identify emerging needs and risks, coordinating with LGI leadership and partners.
• Mentor staff and foster accountability and client service excellence.
