Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager V for Trust & Security Programs to lead cross-functional incident tracking, cadence, and reviews across privacy, security, data and AI risk. You will own the operational backbone: weekly core team meetings, biweekly leadership forums, and a living program tracker with owners, dates and dependencies. The role emphasizes collaboration with product, engineering, privacy, legal and risk partners to ship safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience running program operations for a technical team.
• Experience tracking cross-team work to closure where you don't manage the teams doing it.
• Strong written communication: notes, status updates and decision records that a reader can act on without a follow-up conversation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track trust incidents for products to closure with named owners and dates.
• Run weekly operating cadence and biweekly leadership forum with agendas and notes.
• Maintain an accurate program tracker with owner, next date, dependency and evidence on every row.
• Track roadmap milestones against named owners and raise slippage early.
• Draft weekly program updates and handle logistics for each forum.
• Prepare review materials and record decisions with clear conditions and follow-up actions.
