BeyondTrust, a leader in cybersecurity SaaS, is seeking a Senior Security Technical Program Manager to oversee the security issues management program and cloud governance initiatives. You will work with CISO Office teams and stakeholders to streamline operations, document requirements, and drive measurable security outcomes.

The role emphasizes risk-based prioritization, structured handoffs, and ongoing program reporting to leadership, with a focus on automation and AI to improve efficiencies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in technology, CS, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in security, project management, or technology.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Oversee, plan, and manage security initiatives for all security pillars.
• Serve as Security TPM for the security issues management program, end-to-end Jira lifecycle.
• Triage new issues by priority rubric and set due dates.
• Own critical/high issues with executive notification and escalation.
• Ensure gate approval before handoff with documented criteria.
• Lead cross-functional security issues review and surface dependencies.
• Close issues after independent security validation passes.
