Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management or research operations.
• Ability to operate across hardware, chemistry, physics, AI with external partners.
• Proven experience with complex procurement workflows: supplier research, quoting, PO tracking.
• Understanding of NDAs, SOWs and related contracts.
• Experience with budget tracking, reconciliation, and PO-to-budget matching.
• Highly organized with multiple parallel workstreams and proactive follow‑up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Document and track complex cross-functional operations; drive closure.
• Research, onboard suppliers, obtain quotes, track orders with vendors.
• Draft, route, and track NDAs, SOWs, and related agreements.
• Track budgets, perform reconciliation, and match POs to budget lines.
• Support travel planning, onsite vendor visits, and team events.
