Job summary

Rangam is seeking a remote Trust Program Manager to lead recurring work in incidents, weekly operating cadence, and product review preparation. You will coordinate, track, and ensure decisions are captured and executed, enabling product teams to ship effectively.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, privacy, security, legal and risk teams, guiding incident intake end-to-end and maintaining a reliable program tracker across reviews and milestones.

Qualifications

  • Experience running program operations for a technical team, including meeting cadence, tracking and reporting.
  • Experience tracking cross-team work to closure where you don't manage the teams doing it.
  • Strong written communication: notes, status updates and decision records that a reader can act on without a follow-up conversation.
  • Experience working with engineering and product teams on a recurring operating rhythm.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and competing priorities, and good judgment about what to escape and when.

Responsibilities

  • Take in trust, privacy and security incidents for our products as they open.
  • Track each one to closure against a named owner and a date.
  • Keep the status of longer-term fixes current after an incident is mitigated, and raise recurring patterns to the product lead.
  • Run the team's operating cadence: a weekly core team meeting and a biweekly cross-functional leadership forum, with agendas, notes, decisions and action follow-through.
  • Keep the program tracker accurate, with a current owner, next date, dependency and evidence on every row.
  • Track roadmap milestones against named owners and raise slippage early.
  • Draft the weekly program update and run the logistics behind each forum.

The role
  • Our trust program carries a lot of recurring work: incidents to track to closure, a weekly operating cadence to run, and product reviews to prepare and route. Today that work competes with the judgement calls only our product leads can make.
  • This role takes it on. You coordinate and track, and the product leads decide. You'll know you're succeeding when nothing waits on someone remembering it, and when product teams tell us our process helped them ship.
What a typical week looks like
  • Early in the week, you sweep the tracker and chase the items missing an owner or a date.
  • Midweek, you send agendas and pre-reads for the weekly forums and prepare materials for upcoming reviews.
  • After each forum, you send notes with decisions and action items within one business day.
  • On Thursday, you draft the weekly program update for the product lead to review and post on Friday.
  • Throughout the week, you take in new incidents, route product teams to the right review, and follow up on open actions.
Responsibilities
  • Take in trust, privacy and security incidents for our products as they open
  • Track each one to closure against a named owner and a date
  • Keep the status of longer-term fixes current after an incident is mitigated, and raise recurring patterns to the product lead
  • Run the team's operating cadence: a weekly core team meeting and a biweekly cross-functional leadership forum, with agendas, notes, decisions and action follow-through
  • Keep the program tracker accurate, with a current owner, next date, dependency and evidence on every row
  • Track roadmap milestones against named owners and raise slippage early
  • Draft the weekly program update and run the logistics behind each forum
Reviews and escalations
  • Route product teams to the right internal review on time, across privacy, security, data and AI risk reviews
  • Track the review pipeline and prepare review materials before each review date
    Your first 90 days
    • By week 4: you've taken over the forum logistics and notes, and every tracker row has an owner and a next date.
    • By week 8: you're drafting the weekly update on your own and running incident intake end to end.
    • By week 13: you're running the review pipeline, and the runbooks for each process are written.
    Who you'll work with
    • You’ll report day to day to a trust product manager.
    • You’ll work closely with engineering leads, other product managers, and partners in privacy, security, legal and risk teams across the company.
    Tools
    • Google Docs, Sheets and Slides; Workplace; an internal task tracker; Slack; and internal AI assistants for notes, drafting and tracking.
Purpose/Size of this team & where does this position fit within the team?
    • You'll report day to day to a trust product manager.
    • You’ll work closely with engineering leads, other product managers, and partners in privacy, security, legal and risk teams across the company.
