Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose, repair, and recondition trucks and related equipment in a Houston-area shop. The role requires minimal supervision and leadership over junior technicians.

You will troubleshoot engines, perform complex repairs, and document service reports while maintaining safety and quality standards. This is a full-time onsite position with some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical accreditation preferred.
• CDL Class A or B required; ASE Medium/Heavy Truck preferred.
• AC and Brake System Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine and related equipment on trucks and trailers.
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble components to factory specs.
• Provide quality control inspections and road testing.
