Job summary

HOLT Group in Fort Worth is seeking a Senior Truck Service Technician 3 to diagnose, repair, and recondition truck systems and related equipment. This full-time, on-site role requires CDL Class A/B and ASE certification; the candidate will perform engine diagnostics and complex repairs.

The position targets 6+ years of relevant experience with mentoring responsibilities for junior technicians and strict adherence to safety and quality controls, including customer communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair truck systems and related equipment.
• Maintain and repair engines to factory specifications with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and coach junior technicians while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses complex engine malfunctions and failures with direction and minimum supervision.
• Performs detailed engine and related equipment repairs on trucks and trailers.
• Maintains all equipment, tools, and vehicle in good condition and documents service reports.
