Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers is seeking a senior technician to diagnose, repair, recondition, and adjust key systems on trucks and related equipment at the HTT - Houston Loop location.

The role requires extensive experience, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a commitment to HOLT's Values Based Leadership and safety policies. You will mentor junior technicians and ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or skilled trades program preferred.
• ASE – Medium/Heavy Truck Certification four or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots engine malfunctions and failures with direction and minimal supervision.
• Performs detailed engine and related equipment repairs on trucks and trailers.
• Completes service reports, timecards, parts requisition and returns.
• Maintains tools and equipment and adheres to safety policies.
• Mentors lower level Technicians and communicates progress to supervisor.
