Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; Washington, D.C. / CA / MN / NY / PA / IL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cases for trial and arbitration.
• Lead or assist trial teams.
• Manage complex litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Engage in all aspects of pre-trial discovery.
• Draft and respond to motions.
• Draft briefs and present case strategy at trials in complex class actions.
