Qualifications

• JD from ABA‑accredited law school required.
• Three years of Commercial Litigation experience with Class Actions familiarity.
• Active license to practice law in California (State & Federal).
• Experience with E‑Discovery and listed tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions and analyze complex documents.
• Draft pleadings and complex motions.
• Perform legal research.
• Make court appearances as needed.
• Contribute to case strategy discussions.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and team.
• Direct work of junior associates as needed.
