Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.

• Experience with trial work, motions, depositions, mediations.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment-related disputes, focusing on litigation and trials.
• Handle motions, depositions, and summary judgment proceedings.
• Lead mediation sessions and settlement negotiations.
• Advise clients on labor and employment law issues with practical solutions.
• Manage case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex, multi-disciplinary matters.
• Travel to court and client meetings as required (remote position with flexibility).
