Responsibilities

• Lead or substantially assist trial teams across the firm’s national docket of complex class action matters.
• Prepare cases for trial and arbitration; lead or substantially assist trial teams.
• Lead existing complex litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in all aspects of pre-trial discovery.
• Draft and respond to motions; draft briefs.
• Present case strategy at trials in complex class action litigation.
