Job summary

Unknown Firm is seeking an experienced Class Action Employment Attorney to help build and grow its Washington practice. The role offers a fully remote setup and the chance to work with a respected litigation team on wage-and-hour and employment class actions.

Ideal candidates will have Washington State Bar admission, 3+ years of employment litigation experience, and proven skills in legal writing, analysis, and advocacy. Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar membership required.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling employment class actions and/or complex wage and hour litigation.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a high-performing team.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side employment class action matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft complaints, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Manage discovery, including written discovery, document review, and depositions.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple jurisdictions as the firm's Washington practice expands.
• Build strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional legal representation.
