Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Trial Attorney to join their legal team remotely. The successful candidate will manage a docket of employment law cases and ensure efficient case progression while achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities include representing clients in court, developing case strategies, conducting legal research, and working collaboratively with legal teams. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor, 5+ years of litigation experience, and strong advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in class actions or complex civil litigation.
• Trial experience, including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-million dollar class action settlements.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
