Qualifications
- J.D. degree required and bar admission in California.
- Minimum 5 years civil litigation experience, with trial focus.
- Ability to develop case strategy and advise on risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of litigation from inception to resolution.
- Represent clients at hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
- Lead a team of associates, paralegals, and staff.
- Draft and refine pleadings and motions to align strategy.
- Communicate with clients and assess liability and damages.
- Develop cost-efficient litigation strategies.
