The role emphasizes delivery excellence, risk management, and applying best practices in micro-tunneling, HDD, and related techniques, mentoring staff and advancing the Practice's standards.

Qualifications

• Typically requires minimum 5 years in assigned technical area.
• Typically certified in the SMS Framework.
• Experience with trenchless delivery methods and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply technical standards and best practices across projects.
• Engage on project delivery teams nationally to ensure quality and risk control.
• Build strong client relationships and tailor technical solutions.
• Support Practice leader with SMS governance and talent development.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to training programs.
