Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in assigned technical area.
• SMS Framework certification and progression.
• Experience delivering trenchless/underground infrastructure projects.

• Develop and apply technical standards, guidelines and best practices across projects.
• Lead national project delivery teams to ensure quality and risk mitigation.
• Build client relationships and develop tailored technical solutions.
• Support governance and talent development for technical practitioners.
