Treasury Support Sr. Specialist Overview

Job Description

Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Treasury Management Support effort for TC. The Individual must have knowledge of Bank and Treasury/Cash Management products and service offerings. This position will assist Treasury Clients perform their day-to-day activities via phone and email. This position will answer phone calls, manage a dedicated email inbox, prioritize client requests, problem solving, conduct research utilizing various bank systems to respond and resolve clients’ inquiries.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for handling escalated client issues related to Treasury Products and Services daily tasks in addition to:

• Provide high level of client support to clients via phone and email
• Perform and complete assign tasks in efforts to support all Treasury Management Clients for Texas Capital
• Assist Management in self- identifying risks and opportunities to mitigate risk and/or enhance client experience
• Analyze, Assess and immediately engage Product or Technical Support to execute immediate resolution
• High-Level of verbal and written etiquette to be able to communicate with clients via phone and email
• Provide processes and system expertise to other areas of the bank as needed for projects, issue resolution or process improvements
• Knowledge of all internal systems to expedite issues and provide resolutions efficiently and timely
• Organize and provide support/coverage when needed or requested for high-risk volume/complex level deficiencies
• Assist management with various operational duties and responsibilities
• Abide by Texas Capital policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines
• Special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Treasury Services or Banking role
• Multichannel Support Excellence: Exceptional phone and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of maintaining high etiquette standards across diverse service channels
• Relationship Building - Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
• Change Management - Ability to work at a consistently changing/fast pace
• Time Management - Ability to establish and consistently follow a disciplined process to plan activities, manage time and accomplish tasks and objectives
• Ability to effectively multi-task, while maintaining a high-level of client support and satisfaction
• Drive and Motivation - Ability to demonstrate tenacity, focus, discipline and self-impetus to accomplish results
• Problem Solving - Ability to identify a problems root cause and drive to resolution
• Communication - Ability to know when and how to elevate issues and display professionalism in written and oral communications, both internally and externally
• Technical – Ability to demonstrate knowledge of PC, telecommunication and internet methodologies, and Microsoft office products, (i.e. Excel, MSWord, Outlook, etc.) Familiarity with SalesForce a plus
