Job summary

Teciem is seeking a senior, customer-focused Solutions Consultant with deep bank treasury knowledge and Kondor expertise for the Americas. The role leads discovery, solution design, demos, and responses to RFIs/RFPs, translating complex requirements into a clear Kondor solution for customers.

As part of the Global Solution Consulting team, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to shape opportunities, deliver value, and drive win rates across regions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of bank treasury and capital markets operations across front, middle, and back office, including FX, money markets, fixed income, derivatives, funding and liquidity, P&L, risk, settlement, and reporting.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong communication skills in diverse audiences.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution design, RFI/RFP responses, and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with business, risk, operations, finance, architecture, security, and technology stakeholders.
• Design and position front-to-back Kondor solutions across trading, position keeping, pricing, risk, and reporting.
• Own the demonstration strategy, environment readiness, and follow-up for customer audiences.
• Coordinate multiple departments to ensure coherent, compliant solution proposals.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal enablement and knowledge transfer.
• Travel across the Americas based on customer opportunities.
