Job summary

Teciem is seeking a senior, customer-focused Solutions Consultant to lead discovery, solution design, and demonstrations for bank treasury and capital markets opportunities in the Americas. You will translate complex requirements into Kondor-based front-to-back solutions that Teciem can support and deliver.

The role requires deep treasury domain knowledge, experience with Kondor/K+TP, and the ability to partner with sales, product, services, and security teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of bank treasury and capital markets operations across front, middle, and back office.
• Experience with Kondor, K+TP, or similar platforms.
• Fluent English and Spanish; ability to lead cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with business, risk, operations, finance, architecture, security, and technology stakeholders.
• Design and position Kondor solutions across trading, risk, and operations.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs, engage in proofs of concept, and customer workshops.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure coherent, deliverable solutions.
• Mentor GSC colleagues and contribute to enablement and knowledge transfer.
• Travel across the Americas based on opportunities.
