Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant – Corporate Treasury

New York City – Grand Central | 5 days onsite

Up to $230,000 base + 40% bonus

We are partnering with a global treasury and financial risk consultancy to hire a Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant in New York.

This is not a traditional banking Treasury Sales role. We are specifically looking for an experienced corporate treasury practitioner who has worked within an in-house treasury function and now wants to bring that expertise into a client-facing advisory environment.

You’ll work directly with CFOs, Treasurers, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, helping solve complex treasury challenges across cash and liquidity management, working capital, banking strategy, forecasting and treasury transformation.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience gained within a corporate treasury function
• Background as a Treasury Director, Assistant Treasurer, Corporate Treasurer, Senior Treasury Manager or similar
• Broad knowledge of cash management, liquidity, cash forecasting and working capital
• Experience managing banking relationships, RFPs and treasury structures
• Exposure to areas such as treasury transformation, TMS implementation, M&A integration, FX/risk or capital markets is advantageous
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CFO and Treasurer-level stakeholders
• Commercially minded and comfortable identifying opportunities and developing client relationships
• Willingness to travel as required

The role is approximately 80% treasury advisory/delivery and 20% relationship development/business development. You do not need to be a career salesperson, the priority is genuine corporate treasury expertise combined with the personality and commercial mindset to advise and develop senior client relationships.
