Job summary

You will lead complex deals, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide implementation with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships with high-value clients, delivering innovative treasury solutions, and shaping product strategies based on market insights and client needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, treasury management, or risk management in a corporate or banking environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex deal closures with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient execution aligned with goals and compliance.
• Evaluate potential vulnerabilities and manage risks within client portfolios while aligning service levels with objectives.
• Oversee client implementation activities to ensure timely delivery and provide actionable feedback for process improvements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering innovative treasury solutions to enhance client and internal efficiency.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and provide strategic financial advice.
