Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in treasury management, financial operations or risk management in a corporate or banking environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies consultative sales and relationship management practices to generate leads and close sales of treasury management and payment solutions.
• Monitors implementation activities to ensure alignment with timelines.
• Provides tailored treasury management solutions and optimizes sales processes through continuous improvements.
• Manages client engagement, inquiries, pricing, and implementation to facilitate the sales process.
• Conducts sales discussions, shares insights on industry trends, and fosters proactive client engagement.
• Coordinates client implementation activities and ensures alignment with timelines and outcomes.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management.
