BMO is seeking a Director, Sr. Treasury Sales Consultant to drive consultative sales and strategic relationships for treasury management and payment solutions in a regulated environment in the United States.

Formación

• 10+ years in sales and treasury management, financial operations, or risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Finance or Accounting).
• Industry experience in corporate banking is advantageous.
• Experienced professional with education, experience and industry knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex deal closures with internal teams and ensure compliant execution.
• Evaluate risks within client portfolios and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee client implementations to ensure timely delivery and feedback.
• Provide innovative treasury solutions to enhance client and internal efficiency.
• Represent BMO at industry events and develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
• Manage databases and ensure data governance alignment.
• Champion process improvements across treasury and payment operations.
• Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and offer strategic advice.
• Analyze client data to tailor treasury solutions and optimize working capital.
• Collaborate with teams to define products and strategies for clients.
• Promote adoption of NA TPS digital products and solutions.
