Job summary

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
• Bachelor's degree is required; higher education desirable.
• Experience in treasury management or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales and revenue.
• Creates and drives strategy to acquire/expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by understanding needs and financial well-being; drives engagement and loyalty.
• Leverages reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities; builds senior relationships.
• Mentors others and shares treasury product knowledge and industry benchmarking.
