Job summary

PNC in Chicago IL is seeking a Treasury Management Officer III to advance client relationships, grow revenue and deepen market share within the Treasury Management Sales organization. The role requires expertise in treasury products, risk management and complex client engagements, with a focus on government, public entities, higher education and non-profits.

Base salary details are provided and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required.
• Industry experience of 8+ years.
• Masters/PhD or certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sets relationship strategies and directs relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Creates and drives strategy to acquire/expand/retain client relationships and negotiates non-credit products and services.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by understanding needs and financial well-being, driving engagement and loyalty.
• Builds an effective network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire or expand clients and present PNC products.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze complex treasury product knowledge and position solutions.
